Plant Financial Controller Plant Financial Controller Work place: Koluszki Ref. no 180754/4509 Opis stanowiska: preparation of budgets and comparison with actual performance analysis of business performance: costs, pricing, ad-hoc analysis, cost reduction initiatives, responsible for month-end close processes, creation of cost centres and cost allocation, performing profitability analysis for various investment projects, contribute to continuous improvement by proposing ideas, close cooperation between departments (including production, planning, supply chain), reporting directly to the Finance Director and Plant Manager. Wymagania: minimum 3 years of overall combined experience in financial controlling, very good understanding of finance in manufacturing company, communicative English would be a strong asset, strong interpersonal and communication skills, very independent and self-reliant person, ability to work under pressure and be able to delivery on time.
